الخدمة والبيانات

تدير OPENY Marketing تطبيق OPENY Social لإدارة المحتوى والرسائل وعلاقات العملاء داخل مساحات عمل منفصلة. هذه السياسة تخص OPENY Social فقط.

نستخدم بيانات حساب المستخدم مثل الاسم والبريد والدور، ومعرّفات الصفحات وحسابات Instagram وأسمائها والصلاحيات الممنوحة، والمحتوى والوسائط التي يرفعها الفريق. عند تفعيل ربط الرسائل، تعالج الخدمة الرسائل ومعرّفات المشاركين وتوقيتها. يمكن للفريق أيضًا إدخال بيانات العملاء المحتملين وملاحظات المتابعة. لا تتاح بيانات منصة اجتماعية إلا بحسب الربط والصلاحيات التي يمنحها صاحب الحساب.

كيف تُستخدم البيانات وتُشارك

تُستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول، وعرض الحسابات المصرّح بها، وتنفيذ نشر المحتوى المعتمد، وإدارة المحادثات والمتابعة، وتسجيل الإجراءات وحماية الوصول. يرى أعضاء الفريق البيانات بحسب صلاحيات مساحة العمل والحساب. تستخدم الخدمة Supabase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين، وVercel للاستضافة، وMeta لتنفيذ عمليات Facebook وInstagram المصرّح بها. تُحمّل خطوط الواجهة من Google Fonts، وقد تتلقى هذه الخدمات بيانات اتصال تقنية عند استخدامها.

الاحتفاظ والتحكم

تُحفظ بيانات العمل طالما كانت مطلوبة لتشغيل مساحة العمل ومراجعة إجراءاتها. فصل حساب اجتماعي يوقف الإجراءات الجديدة من خلاله، لكنه لا يحذف السجل السابق تلقائيًا. تُحفظ رموز الوصول مشفرة وتُقيّد صلاحيات البيانات بحسب مساحة العمل. يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر بريد التواصل أدناه؛ نتحقق من هويتك ونطاق الطلب قبل التنفيذ، وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدودة لأسباب أمنية أو التزامات واجبة.

Service and information

OPENY Marketing operates OPENY Social to manage content, conversations and customer follow-up in separate client workspaces. This policy applies to OPENY Social only.

The service processes account names, email addresses and roles; authorized Page and Instagram identifiers, names and permissions; and content and media uploaded by team members. When messaging is connected, it processes messages, participant identifiers and timestamps. Teams may also enter lead details and follow-up notes. Social platform data is available only within the account authorization and permissions granted by its owner.

Use and service providers

Information supports sign-in, authorized account discovery, approved publishing, conversation handling, follow-up, audit records and access protection. Team access depends on workspace and account permissions. Supabase provides authentication, database and storage services; Vercel hosts the application; Meta processes authorized Facebook and Instagram actions. Interface fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical connection data when their services are used.

Retention and choices

Workspace records remain while needed to operate the workspace and review its actions. Disconnecting a social account stops new actions through that connection; it does not automatically erase historical records. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and data access is restricted by workspace. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us below. We verify your identity and the scope of a request before acting. Limited records may need to remain for security or applicable obligations.
