الخدمة
OPENY Social أداة تشغّلها OPENY Marketing لإدارة المحتوى والرسائل والعملاء المحتملين لعملائها، كل عميل داخل مساحة عمل منفصلة. الدخول بدعوة فقط، وكل عضو يرى ما تسمح به صلاحياته في مساحة العمل.
الحسابات المربوطة
يربط صاحب الحساب أو من يفوّضه صفحة Facebook أو حساب Instagram أو حسابًا إعلانيًا بنفسه، ويمكن فصله في أي وقت من صفحة الاتصالات أو من إعدادات Facebook. تعمل الخدمة في حدود الصلاحيات التي يمنحها صاحب الحساب فقط.
الاستخدام المسموح
- الرد على الرسائل يكون من أعضاء الفريق وفي المدة التي تسمح بها Meta، بدون رسائل جماعية أو ترويجية غير مطلوبة.
- يلتزم المستخدم بشروط Meta وسياساتها لكل منصة مربوطة.
- لا يُستخدم النظام لجمع بيانات أشخاص لم يتواصلوا مع النشاط التجاري، ولا لمشاركتها بين العملاء.
البيانات
تُعالج البيانات كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية، ويمكن طلب حذفها عبر تعليمات حذف البيانات. هذه الصفحة لا تحل محل أي اتفاق موقّع بين OPENY Marketing وعملائها.

Service
OPENY Social is a tool operated by OPENY Marketing to manage content, conversations and leads for its clients, each client in a separate workspace. Access is by invitation only, and each member sees what their workspace permissions allow.
Linked accounts
An account owner, or someone they authorize, links a Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account themselves and can disconnect it at any time from Connections or from Facebook settings. The service acts only within the permissions the owner grants.
Acceptable use
- Replies are sent by team members within the window Meta allows; no bulk or unsolicited promotional messages.
- Users follow the terms and policies of Meta for every linked platform.
- The service is not used to collect data about people who did not contact the business, or to share data between clients.
Data
Data is handled as described in the privacy policy and can be removed through the data deletion instructions. This page does not replace any signed agreement between OPENY Marketing and its clients.
